Options

We have incorporated the various options into 3 different packages:

Packaged Game – 850 Euros

• Logo on the outdoor welcome banner (at the next update, at least annually)
• Short intro and logo with a click-through to the sponsor site
• Logo with a clickable link to the club website
• Logo on KNLTB club app
• Logo on small(er) screen
• Name mention Business member board
• Option: participation in sponsor event
• Option: relevant member promotion

Packaged Set – 1,000 Euros

• Same Game Plus package
• Option: tennis clinic
• Option: “Hawk-Eye” section, company profiling on website and Facebook
• Logo on XL multimedia screen (while available)

Packaged Match – 1,500 Euros

• Same package Set plus
• Windbreaker, 12 x 2 meters on one of the 12 panels
• Advertising based on M-score
• Job adoption: name mentioned at one of the 12 jobs
• QR code at the court with a direct link to a URL of your choice
• Option: use indoor court 2 x 1 hour (subject to availability)
• Option: use outdoor court 4 x 1 hour (subject to availability)
• Option: use of canteen for business activity (subject to availability)

General

• One-off additional costs for the production of the windbreak fabric are to be borne by the sponsor (direct invoicing regarding VAT reclaim is potentially possible).
• Agreements are recorded in a sponsorship agreement.
• The minimum contract duration is 3 years.
• A combination with a membership is possible.
• Invoicing takes place before the start of the sponsorship period.
• 10% discount on the entire amount when paying for 3 years in one go.
• LTC Startbaan is not subject to VAT (amounts are excl. VAT)]
