How is it?

I am Frans Vogel, 45 years young, married to Ancilla and together we have 4 children. Two daughters, 2 sons, 2 cats, 3 dogs, 2 rabbits and 5 chickens and a rooster. A real farm life. We live on the border of Amstelveen and Aalsmeer.

What do you have with tennis and sports?

I played football and did karate in my youth. My work made me too busy for sports, until 3 years ago I was asked by a friend to join the senior team of Roda'23. I still play there now. I play tennis as a hobby at Startbaan or with my neighbor, who is in the fortunate position of having a tennis court in the garden. Ever since I discovered tennis, I enjoy clearing my head and hitting a ball.

Who is Amstel Makelaardij OG?

Amstel Makelaardij is a small and personal real estate agency in Amstelveen (since March 2017) at Amsterdamseweg 154 with 4 employees. We specialize in sales, purchases and valuing and renting homes in Amstelveen, Amsterdam, Aalsmeer and Uithoorn. The personal and ever-innovative character ensures that we distinguish ourselves from the rest. In addition, our customers receive exceptional service because we set the bar very high for ourselves.

Why did Amstel Makelaardij choose LTC Startbaan?

My eldest son played tennis at another Amstelveen tennis club, so I have material for comparison. I can only conclude that everything is well organized at LTC Startbaan. This was also the reason for us to link our name to the tennis club.

What could be done differently and/or better at our club?

At the moment I don't really see what could be done differently or better at the tennis club. As a result of the privatization, I have noticed that the necessary improvements have been made.

What would you prefer to see your sponsorship contribution spent on?

I would appreciate it if the sponsorship contribution was spent on training the youth.

What can Amstel Makelaardij do for the members and/or vice versa?

We have been affiliated with LTC Startbaan since 2018 and it is nice to see that the first customers are using our services through the tennis club so quickly. To further expand this success, we would like to do something extra for the members. If we are allowed to handle the sale of a home, we will do the valuation of the new home completely free of charge. In addition, we always give LTC Startbaan members a competitive rate for our full-service approach. Please feel free to inquire, we will always find an solution. It could also be interesting for members to review their mortgage with us. With the low interest rates and high house prices, there is now a lot of interest profit to be made, which means that monthly costs can be much lower.

Finally, do you have anything to add?

Due to the benefits of privatization and the state of the park, I believe that the association can experience healthy growth in the number of members in the coming years. And it's nice that we as a sponsor can contribute to this.
