Explanation: The membership is automatically renewed every year.

Cancellation of membership must take place before December 1st. After December 1st, a penalty will be charged:

Seniors: €40

Juniors and Preparatory Tennis (VT): € 25.00

Cancellations after January 31st will not be processed until the end of the season, so there is no entitlement to a credit or refund of membership fees.

A cancellation submitted to an entity other than the membership administration (e.g., a trainer or the tennis school) is NOT a valid cancellation and therefore cannot be processed.

You will receive confirmation of the cancellation from the membership administration within two weeks.
