Friday afternoon Toss
Would you like to play some extra tennis and play together on Friday afternoon? During the summer season, parents and the Youth Committee jointly organize a weekly tennis toss for green ball and yellow ball.
What is the Youth Toss?
The Youth Toss means free play for children who play with a green or yellow ball. Sometimes doubles, sometimes singles. Sometimes for points, but that's not necessary.
Whoever is there participates and you decide together who plays against whom. The goal is fun and practice in tennis!
There is a separate toss for the green ball and for the yellow ball. The ball you play with in training determines which toss you participate in. Everyone is welcome, novice and experienced players.
The Youth Committee arranges the courts, sponsors the balls and lemonade. The Toss is supervised by parents. If your child participates in the Toss, we expect you as a parent to supervise the toss several times.
Dates and times
The toss starts on April 3 on the outdoor courts. You can participate in the toss throughout the entire summer season (until October 1). You can join at any time during the summer season, so come give it a try!
Time: Fridays, 5:00–6:30 p.m.
Please send a message to the youth committee with your child’s name, the color of the ball your child uses for practice, and the name and phone number of the parent who will be helping out. You will then be added to the WhatsApp group. You can also join later in the season. Of course, it’s perfectly fine to just come and try it out first.
